Nu-Matrix is DRAKE AIR’s FAA approved DER core replacement process. In addition to complying with work processes in compliance with the OEM CMM, the team at Drake Air prides itself on finding cost effective solutions for our customers and places considerable resources into the development of DER repairs. Our Nu-Matrix program replaces the old core matrix with new components, restoring the unit back to zero time.

Nu-Matrix units are returned to service via FAA approved data and procedures, and this program offers customers a 100% yield of inventory whilst providing the same performance, reliability and warranty of a new unit at a fraction of the cost of new part replacement.

We stand out because our core manufacturing is never sub-contracted but rather utilizes our internal braze process with furnaces capable of producing Aluminum, Stainless and Inconel cores; this process critical to quality control and allows DRAKE AIR to provide industry leading turnaround times.
